Our mission is to bring gourmet flavor profiles to the Greater Detroit region in an easy and approachable way.  Through our standard American barbecue menu and techniques, Roaming Free brings complex Latin flavors such as moles, barbacoa and Caribbean staples to brisket, pulled pork, chicken and our original sides.  Our proprietary blend of spices and sauces have proven to bring a unique flavor profile successful with a wide range of barbecue fans.
